REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: April 28, 2026

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy defines the terms and procedures for refunds of the digital in-game currency, MasterLight Coin (MLC), purchased by users on the MasterLight RP server. We aim to resolve all refund requests in a fair and customer-oriented manner.

1.2. Refund requests for purchased MasterLight Coin (MLC) can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests are only valid for MLC balances that have not yet been used or spent in-game. Virtual content (vehicles, clothing, etc.) obtained in-game using MLC is non-refundable.

1.3. In the event of a transaction being refunded or canceled through the payment provider (chargeback), the respective MLC amount will be deducted from the user's account. If the relevant balance has already been used, the account balance may fall into a negative status.

1.4. Accounts with a negative balance may have their access to certain features temporarily restricted. The account will return to its normal usage status once the balance deficit is cleared.

1.5. The current version of the Policy is published at https://masterlightrp.net.

1.6. The processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the MasterLight RP Privacy Policy.

2. Refund Procedure

2.1. The user must submit their refund request via email to [email protected] and provide the following information:

  • First and last name;
  • Order ID (e.g., #32351812);
  • Date and amount of payment;
  • Information on the unused MLC or digital content;
  • Copy of the payment document (receipt, invoice, etc.).

2.2. To ensure security, the refund request must be made by the primary account owner and submitted via the registered email address associated with the account.

2.3. Management will review the application within 1-2 business days and, if approved, initiate the refund process.

2.4. The refund will be made to the original payment method (card or e-wallet) and is subject to the terms of the bank/payment system. In case of missing or incorrect information, the refund may be denied; the user may reapply after correcting the information.

2.5. If you experience any issues with your purchase or digital content delivery, please contact our support team ([email protected]) before applying to the payment institution (your bank or payment provider) so we can resolve the issue quickly and effectively.

3. Responsibilities of the Parties

3.1. Liability arising from the failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations under this policy is determined by applicable laws.

3.2. Management is not responsible for temporary technical failures of the server or website, or delays/errors in payment systems.

4. Duration of the Policy

4.1. This policy is valid from the moment the user purchases MLC and applies for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the respective balance remains unspent/unused.

5. Force Majeure

5.1. In extraordinary situations such as fire, flood, earthquake, or government restrictions, the refund or service obligations of the parties may be partially or completely suspended.

6. Miscellaneous Provisions

6.1. If any provision of the policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

6.2. By submitting a refund request, the user is deemed to have consented to the processing of their personal data and the evaluation of the application.

6.3. All official notifications and requests must be sent to [email protected].
