1. Genel Hükümler
1.1. MasterLight RP (“Sunucu”) kullanıcılarına aşağıdaki hizmetleri sunar:
- Sunucuya erişim için ücretsiz hizmetler;
- Siteden doğrudan yalnızca oyun içi sanal bakiye olan MLC (MasterLight Coin) satın alınması;
- Elde edilen MLC bakiyesi kullanılarak oyun içerisinde süreli VIP üyeliklerin veya kozmetik öğelerin alınması; bu sanal öğeler kapalı bir oyun ortamında yalnızca eğlence amaçlı sunulan dijital ürünler olup, gerçek dünya para birimleriyle değiştirilemez, yeniden satılamaz veya platform dışı herhangi bir ortamda kullanılamaz.
1.2. Sunucuya katılan kullanıcı (“Müşteri”), bu sözleşmenin tüm maddelerini kabul etmiş sayılır. Sözleşme, kullanıcı hizmetleri kullanmaya başladığı andan itibaren yürürlüğe girer.
1.3. Sunucu yönetimi, sözleşme koşullarını güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Kullanıcı hizmetleri kullanmaya devam ederse, yapılan tüm değişiklikleri kabul etmiş sayılır.
1.4. Platformu kullanmak için minimum yaş 13’tür. 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcılar, platformda bulunmak için yasal vasilerinin (ebeveyn) onayını almış olmalıdır. Platforma katılarak kullanıcı, bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılır.
1.5. Yasal vasi (ebeveyn), verdiği onayı istediği zaman geri çekebilir. Onayın iptali için [email protected] adresine e-posta gönderilerek, sözleşmenin feshi ve ilgili hesabın kalıcı olarak kapatılması talep edilebilir.
2. Tanımlar
- Web Sitesi: https://masterlightrp.net
- Müşteri: Sunucuya erişim sağlayan kişi.
- Sunucu: GTA V RP oyununa erişimin sağlandığı kaynak anlamına gelecektir.
- Oyun İçi Üyelik (VIP): Siteden alınan MLC bakiyesi kullanılarak yalnızca oyun içerisinden aktif edilebilen, oyuncuya belirli bir süre için (örn: 30 gün) ekstra dijital ayrıcalıklar sunan sanal abonelik sistemi.
- Yönetim: Sunucu sahibi ve yetkili temsilciler.
3. Tarafların Hak ve Yükümlülükleri
3.1. Yönetimin Sorumlulukları
- Kullanıcılara hizmetleri sözleşme koşullarına uygun sağlamak.
- Sunucunun teknik işleyişini sürdürmek ve olası aksaklıklarda çözüm sağlamak.
- Kullanıcıların sorularına ve taleplerine makul süre içerisinde cevap vermek.
3.2. Yönetimin Hakları
- Sözleşmeye aykırı davranan kullanıcıların hizmetlerini sınırlamak veya sonlandırmak.
3.3. Kullanıcının Yükümlülükleri
- Sunucu ve web sitesinde belirtilen ücretleri ödemek.
- Sunucunun hatalarını veya kusurlarını kötüye kullanmamak.
- Sunucunun diğer kullanıcılarına zarar verecek davranışlarda bulunmamak.
3.4. Kullanıcının Hakları
- Sunucuya erişim sağlamak.
- Discord, forum ve [email protected] (Mail) üzerinden teknik desteğe erişim hakkı.
- Satın alınan dijital içeriklerin (MLC) hesabına teslim edilmesini talep etme.
4. Hizmet Sağlama Prosedürü
4.1. Sunucuya erişim “Kayıt Ol” düğmesi ile başlar.
4.2. Kayıt sırasında verilen bilgiler doğru ve güncel olmalıdır.
4.3. MLC (MasterLight Coin) satın alımları “Ödemeye Geç” düğmesi ile başlatılır ve kullanıcı ödeme sayfasına yönlendirilir.
4.4. Ödemeler Paddle sistemi üzerinden güvenli bir şekilde gerçekleştirilir.
5. Ödeme Politikası
5.1. Ödeme işlemlerinin bizzat kullanıcının kendi kartıyla veya kart sahibinin açık izni ve yetkilendirmesiyle gerçekleştirilmesi zorunludur.
5.2. Yetkisiz kart kullanımı, ödeme sistemlerinin manipüle edilmesi, şüpheli işlemler, hizmetin suistimal edilmesi veya diğer düzensiz finansal faaliyetlerin tespit edilmesi durumunda Yönetim; platformun ve diğer kullanıcıların güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın ilgili hesabı askıya alma, sınırlandırma veya kalıcı olarak sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.
5.3. Müşteri, satın aldığı hizmetler için web sitesinde belirtilen fiyat üzerinden %100 peşin ödeme yapar, satın alınan dijital ürün (MLC) otomatik olarak teslim edilir.
5.4. MasterLight ürün fiyatlarında değişiklik yapabilir; ancak ödemesi tamamlanmış işlemler bu değişikliklerden etkilenmez.
5.5. Teknik veya teslimat sorunlarında destek ekibi ile iletişime geçilebilir.
6. Sorumluluk
6.1. Sunucu ve web sitesinin teknik aksaklıklarından veya kullanıcı ekipmanındaki sorunlardan MasterLight RP sorumlu tutulamaz.
6.2. Kullanıcı, sözleşme ihlali veya veri kaybı gibi durumlarda ortaya çıkabilecek sonuçlardan kendisi sorumludur.
7. Sözleşmenin Süresi ve Feshi
7.1. Bu sözleşme, kullanıcı MasterLight RP hesabı oluşturduğu anda otomatik olarak kabul edilmiş sayılır ve kullanıcı hizmetleri kullanmaya devam ettiği sürece geçerlidir.
7.2. Yönetim, sözleşme koşullarının ihlali durumunda kullanıcıya önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın sözleşmeyi tek taraflı olarak feshedebilir.
7.3. Kullanıcı, hizmeti kullanmayı bırakması veya hesabını kapatması durumunda sözleşme hükümleri kullanıcı açısından sona erer, ancak sunucuda önceden alınmış dijital içeriklerle ilgili sorumluluklar geçerliliğini korur.
8. Mücbir Sebepler
8.1. Yangın, sel, deprem veya devlet makamları tarafından getirilen kısıtlamalar gibi olağanüstü durumlarda taraflar sorumlu tutulamaz.
9. Çeşitli Hükümler
9.1. Bu sözleşme ile sunucu hizmetlerini kullanmak, kullanıcı tarafından tüm koşulların kabulü anlamına gelir.
9.2. Kişisel veriler gizlilik politikası adresinde açıklanan şekilde işlenir.
9.3. Sözleşmeyle düzenlenmeyen konular Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
9.4. Tüm bildirimler yasal olarak [email protected] adresine gönderilmelidir.
1. General Provisions
1.1. MasterLight RP ("Server") provides the following services to its users:
- Free access services to the Server;
- Purchase of MLC (MasterLight Coin), the in-game virtual currency, through the website;
- The MLC balance may be used to activate time-based VIP memberships or to purchase cosmetic items within the game; these virtual items are digital products provided solely for entertainment purposes within a closed game environment and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency, resold, or used outside the platform.
1.2. Any user joining the Server (“Customer”) constitutes acceptance of all terms of this Agreement. The Agreement enters into force from the moment the user starts using the services.
1.3. Server management reserves the right to update the terms of the agreement at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of all changes made.
1.4. The minimum age to use the platform is 13. Users under the age of 18 must have obtained consent from their legal guardian (parent) to use the platform. By accessing the platform, the user is deemed to have accepted these conditions.
1.5. The legal guardian (parent) may withdraw their consent at any time. To revoke consent, a request for termination of the agreement and permanent closure of the relevant account may be submitted by sending an email to [email protected]
2. Definitions
- Website: https://masterlightrp.net
- Customer: The person accessing the Server.
- Server: This refers to the source through which access to the GTA V RP game is provided.
- In-Game Membership (VIP): A virtual subscription system offering extra digital privileges for a limited time (e.g., 30 days), which can only be activated in-game using the MLC balance purchased from the website.
- Management: Server owner and authorized representatives.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. Responsibilities of Management
- Provide services to users in accordance with the agreement terms.
- Maintain the technical operation of the Server and provide solutions for potential disruptions.
- Respond to user inquiries and requests within a reasonable timeframe.
3.2. Rights of Management
- Restrict or terminate the services of users who act contrary to this Agreement.
3.3. Obligations of the User
- Pay the fees specified on the Server and Website.
- Not to exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities of the Server
- Not to engage in behavior that will harm other users of the server.
3.4. Rights of the User
- Access the server.
- Right to access technical support via Discord, our forum, and email ([email protected]).
- Request delivery of purchased digital content (MLC) to their account.
4. Service Provision Procedure
4.1. Access to the server starts with the "Register" button.
4.2. Information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date.
4.3. MLC (MasterLight Coin) purchases are initiated with the "Checkout" button, redirecting the user to the secure payment page.
4.4. Payments are carried out securely via the Paddle system.
5. Payment Policy
5.1. It is mandatory that payment transactions are conducted using the user's own card or with the explicit permission and authorization of the cardholder.
5.2. In cases of unauthorized card use, payment system manipulation, suspicious transactions, service abuse, or other irregular financial activities, MasterLight reserves the right to suspend, limit, or permanently terminate the associated account without prior notice to ensure the security of the platform and its users.
5.3. The customer makes a 100% advance payment for the purchased services at the price specified on the website, and the purchased digital product (MLC) is delivered automatically.
5.4. MasterLight may change product prices; however, transactions that have already been paid for will not be affected by these changes.
5.5. The support team can be contacted for technical or delivery problems.
6. Liability
6.1. MasterLight RP shall not be held liable for technical disruptions of the Server and Website or problems in user equipment.
6.2. The user is responsible for the consequences that may arise in situations such as breach of contract or data loss.
7. Duration and Termination of the Agreement
7.1. This agreement is deemed to be automatically accepted the moment the user creates a MasterLight RP account and remains valid as long as the user continues to use the services.
7.2. Management may unilaterally terminate the agreement without prior notice to the user in case of violation of the agreement conditions.
7.3. If the user stops using the service or closes their account, the provisions of the agreement expire for the user, but the responsibilities regarding digital content previously purchased on the server remain valid.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. The parties cannot be held responsible in extraordinary situations such as fire, flood, earthquake, or restrictions imposed by state authorities.
9. Miscellaneous Provisions
9.1. Using server services with this agreement means the acceptance of all conditions by the user.
9.2. Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.3. Issues not regulated by the agreement are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
9.4. All official notifications must be sent to [email protected].
